and tbh there isn’t much benefit getting bigger than this, this is ideal for 99 % of women. only a minority of women like those massive gymrat physiques.
I always wanted to stop building for size when I came to where peak athletic performance stops and body mass start to weigh on movement inefficiencies, stop for mass when looking the best. I always tell my gym-going friends that are frankly growing too large becoming a body-builder is pure nonsense. You get an action figure rigidity and your quality of life is not rising. It's like people forget their objectives and get absorbed in the body-building process like eating disorders or people who have dysmorphic body perception and a newfound narcissism builds in the mind. It becomes like a disease. It's best to have a mental check and know where the size limit is while at the same time striving to be healthy and good.

You can grow a lot muscle-wise but becoming an Ronnie Coleman is not ideal. I had to tell a friend last year that he was already at a good place, but the dude started to overbuild his legs. I told the guy, "You will not be able to run as fast if you keep going and don't let your gym habits become your whole persona. And stop constantly maxing for new weight lifting records -- it puts too much pressure on the body long-term and will show up as pains when older."

A Hollywood body is way better than some auction-type exhibitionist build. When you think about it, strictly in terms of maneuverability, there is no difference between morbidly obese large people and excessive muscle stackers. They have the same day-to-day problems, two extremes of the opposite spectrum.
 
Nah this is achievable for around 95 % of people within 1-2 years. 6 ft 180 lb and low body fat. That’s basically my physique.
1 year is fast. You must have had a decent base or frame. I’m a beginner who’s been gymcelling a few months before ramadan and coming back, to hit those stats I’d need to gain 30lbs muscle mass which takes 3-4 years aka soft cap natty for me.

It’s a nice end goal tbh but fellow lanklets and weakcels should understand that it’s an end goal rather than something they can get in a year of casual training.

He has around 15 inch arms, so i think 2 years of good training and diet is enough for 95 % of people. I got 15.5 inch arms after 1.5 years. 1 year with good genetics and base.

2 years for mediocre build. 3+ years for bonelets and start from scratch cels

You are right, bad example. Tyreek hill, a genetic freak who is within the 000,1 percentile of genetics in the world. If you are in the NFL you are automatically in that percentile.

Yeah Hill is a freak even by NFL standards. Somalis can build muscles but we have to realistic too. Most of us not getting to that level no matter how hard we try

Yeah it depends on your body type. People say men nowadays witness way too many beautiful women in a lifetime which is true but the same applies to women. They see too many top 0.01% males which distorts their view of reality

That's probably the natural limit for most people. If that. Muscle building isn't the be-all and end-all. You could probably look way better than someone who has more overall muscle mass if your insertions are better, that's where your genetics play a huge role. You could also fraud a little bit by focusing on your upper chest, traps, neck and delts to look even bigger than you actually are.

It's a misconception that you could become a gymrat who's "too big" without getting on the gear sxb. Besides, most of these actors shred down to sub 12% bodyfat only for a short period of time. Maintaining a low bodyfat year round is a fucking nightmare :manny:
