Just because some people get brown stained tooth due to having too much fluoride in the water, does not make this cultural. It's certainly not Somali culture for girls to go to the dentist and get their teeth made brown on purpose!! Hoogayay ba'ay!!!!

This is normal. Different societies around the world have different beauty standards and societal beauty standards are subjective. Fat woman are looked down upon in our Western societies while in other societies, a fat woman is attractive and the ideal beauty standard. Likewise, in our Somali society, lightskin woman (even if she’s bleached) is the beauty standard and in some regions, Ilkacas (red teeth) is as well or it’s atleast becoming the standard.

I personally don’t find anything wrong with with a woman having red teeth as long as it’s light and mild and doesn’t cover her whole teeth.

Actually it is I have met many males named Ilkacase in Galkacyo and Mudug in general. The water underground is not flouride filtered so the teeth are stained. Its a beautiful beauty standard imo and I love girls that have them
