Anime is just a medium. There's pretty decent "high-culture" type stuff that wins Oscars like what Studio Ghibli creates or weird shit like this or just generic teenage action/adventure stories or somewhat mature content like this that's basically just an American tv show in "cartoon" form to even p0rn.
