Oromos need to get arrested and deported immediately, as for Southern Somalis. If they've been in Puntland for decades like the brother in the video, who has been in Puntland since 2002, they have the right to vote.
The problem is not with IDPs, the problem is with Puntland not understanding how to protect itself. If Puntland turned IDP camps into Government owned low-rent properties, and people paid rent and taxes, we would benefit. Instead they are not thinking ahead and they're being naive.

Puntland Government and foreign NGOs are our real problem, not IDPs fleeing chaos and poverty. We should welcome all sane and able-bodied people, but make sure we tax and register them. The more working people we have, the more tax we can collect which we can use to develop Puntland. Let's take our grievances to our Government.

We need a system where everyone feels at home and can vote and thinks about how to advance the state and not their sub-clan.
