Great progress. Where are those who claimed to spend SL tax dollars to develop LA? There was never a single shred of progress from them. Meanwhile Somaliland has devolved into disparate rebel groups. One in Hargeysa is led by @Itsnotthateasy carcinogenic chemical-bleached military genius eedo and micheline man look-alike, Colonel Goosha Isaaq 
I hope they actually build what investors want which they do grade before actually investing a cent.
Hard and Soft infrastructure, rule of law, good governance, and stability not volatility. Stable financial market place for transactions, disputes, contract enforcement.
Till those markers are seen your clearly not open 4 investment and u got two options, create a false facade of buildings or you begin doing what is required from investors

Why would u take a trillion dollar of investors to Somalia on what grounds? Where is the hard infrastructure for their supply chain and goods and people movement like roads, airport, ports? where is their cheap electricity and highly available with no power outages(expenses pile up when not working)? Where is the clean water, drainage, sewage system, food security a basic any human being just to live.
Where is the education system and the skills it creates for its people? where is the health system to increase life spans and reduce sick days?
Where is the legal system and its reliability and the political stability so their assets won't be destroyed or looted? Where is the good governance that ensures its predictable today and 50 years with no volatility? Noone is dumping a cent there because your people are living in a delusion.

No outsiders will invest in anything other than ports, which is good way to get all the dollars diaspora send back home which is spent on imports. Also easier to guard investment. No economy and security exists in Somalia . Somalia very high risk and returns not that great

Don't get me wrong there are some small companies willing to take upon great risks but it's definitely not the norm. Their called cowboy investors, emerging frontier investor(get in early, sell high later), etc but of that 12 trillion sitting in excess in global stock exchanges they wouldn't represent even a $1 billion in total wealth combined and thats all of them globally.
Global stock exchange combined are 112 trillion, and current global gdp is 100 trillion. So there is only 12 trillion excess the world is fighting over.

I'm working out where that 12 trillion excess is, their basic country assessment requirements(hard n soft infrastructure quality and availability), rule of law, political stability.
I want to then guide PL govt in creating a policy that secures the most after we we calculate how much of that pie we can secure and what they need to do on their part to be the most attractive.

You guys need to build an airport next and give a contract to an airline to fly directly from either Kenya Ethiopia Djibouti or Dubai. U wanna join the big dogs and be a state this is the next step can’t have ur folks flying in from Hargeisa or Bosaso and driving down there every time.
