I have been working on the site for a while and some of the new features:

better alerts.
ranking/badges.
hot threads on top.
stylise user names and profile.
live feed.
anon posting.
best answer for question thread.
finding similar threads.
better video and post embedding (x and facebook included).

much more is coming too. My goal is to make sspot a multi media site.

This was a complete Failure on my part but I am seriously working towards upgrading the website which I have been forced to postpone many times because of other priorities. What the endgoal is, is integrating social media into this platform and I promise that over the coming weeks you will see many changes. thanks.
