I'm familiar with Starlink since I have to deal with it at work. The issue I have with it is due to CGNAT and other limitations, it's great if you live in the middle of nowhere.

Hormuud broadband is pure SHITE. When i went to xamar in 2020 it didnt work properly and signal was really weak in our home. Also it would cut out everytime it rained which was another major problem. I would say their data however is really good and really cheap and works literally everywhere. For home broadband I think starlink would be really good and Hormuud for sim and data.
