the victim couldn’t even locate his glasses or his phone you think he can whip out a weapon? These things happen fast, life isn’t a movie, before you realise what’s going on your already hurt. He didn’t even realise when the police were around him, he was in complete shock. I’ve been mugged twice in similar circumstances, I was outnumbered, if I had a weapon they probably would’ve used it on me.
