Ethiopia collapsing would be disaster for the region. Somalia is not stable or powerful enough to take advantage of any chaos in Ethiopia and it will just mean another failed state for the region already plagued by famine, drought, poverty and migration. I'm not on Ethiopia's side, but you have to think long-term and strategically.
