Sudan Conflict Updates: Army vs RSF

Egypt, Ethiopia and Eritrea aren’t in good state now. On top of that, there’s nile dam dispute and ethnic groups that share borders one and another and hold secessionist views.

What are the odds of this quickly going out of control beyond Sudan if this goes longer?

The Janjaweed are yet again attacking the Masalit and this has resulted in the deaths of at least a thousand Masalit; the Masalit accuse the Baggara Arabs of racism

What's happening to them is targeted cleansing. There was another video where families from al-geneina were crossing to the chad border and you could literally hear gunshots from janjaweed in the background chasing them

This was a few weeks before the war. The violence there have been going on for a long time against the non-arabs of darfur

Janjaweedi insulting nuba people and called them a word equivalent to an n-word, while their women are celebrating in the background

A know merchant in Omdurman City, Abdulazim Alduwali, under arrest in his house in Kafouri by janjaweed militia . There are threatening him with weapons all while filming and sharing it.

It's definitely ethnic-cleansing, and the hatred from this will last for generations; the non-Arab Darfurians really need to unify and fight back as hard as they can because the Janjaweed will not stop.

The Baggara are hated by the Fur, Zaghawa, Masalit and the Nuba, so I don't see how they won't get rejected and opposed by all these groups, even if they somehow prevail in Khartoum.

Children arriving in Chad and telling that the RSF beat them and killed their mothers and fathers, and that they fled in search of protection and food

City of Adre, near the border with sudan

Seems plausible from what we've seen from the fleeing geneina residents yesterday

I thank the martyrs and the centuries of resistance that the above won't again ever be our fate; may the Darfurians be wise to what they're facing.
