Looting, which his militia most definitely did, is the least you can do to a people. General Morgan's militia wrecked havoc onto the locals of Bay, Bakool, Bu'aale, Barawe and other degaans in the south. Most of the victims were Digil & Mirifle, Somali Bantus, Leysaan and other non Hawiye/Darood clans who are the majority in these areas.

In terms of absolute cruelty and savagery, the USC of 91-94 take the crown for what they did to minorities and how they pretty much nearly brought the cadcad community to the point of extermination. Rape, killings, and forced abortions, and infanticide, against people they had no bone to pick with. AND THATS NOT EVEN MENTIONING MADOWEYNE AND THE PLETHORA OF OTHER MINORITY CLANS WHO SUFFERED THE SAME OR EVEN WORSE FATES THAN THEM.
now compare that Morgan INC and his deeds (pretty brutal no denying it) and there’s no comparison to be made. Looting here and there, cattle rustling, a bit of chauvinism and rudeness, but there’s nothing of that scale being committed by Morgan INC.

You didn’t watch the video. If you did, you wouldn’t be denying the rape, infanticide and massacring of innocents the women in the video talked about.
If rape, the murder of women, children and unarmed men, looting and causing the 1992 famine in Somalia is mere “chauvinism and rudeness ” in your eyes due to the fact that these atrocities were being committed by your clansmen, I don’t want to hear what you would consider savagery by your clansman.

Her family stumbled upon her body while searching for her. Four more of my mother’s neighbors suffered the same fate. My mother states this was more common in Burco than in Hargeisa, due to the heavier governmental presence in Hargeisa. Beledweyne was dealing with a parallel situation with Hargeisa. Faqash officers abusing their powers, illegal imprisonment innocent civilians, mass rapes, late night searches of sleeping familles, looting, abduction of young girls, torture and brutalization. Every wonder about why Xawadle reacted so harshly against the Faqash and their families living in Beledweyne? That’s why.
Morgan’s milita, the SNF, Faqash, whatever you want to call it, committed acts that were equally as brutal, if not more brutal than the USC. If you consider USC to take the crown for cruelty in 91-94, one could also consider Morgan and Co. to take the crown for cruelty for 87-92/93.

I also doubt civilians were targetted as most fled to harshin in somali region, whoever remained back were either rebels or helpers and anti state actors. Whatever u say about siyad or Morgan they were fighting to defend the state from menguistu booty clappers. How could have there been more deaths when majority of Hargeisa and Somaliland’s population hadn’t even returned from the civil war? By 1994, only a couple of Hargeisa’s neighborhoods were repopulated, those who returned were mostly landowners were anxious to see the state of their properties and to protect their land from being encroached on. Many SLanders were still in Ethiopian refugee camps.
Civilians were targeted in their towns when the civil war first broke out, they were targeted as they were fleeing on foot to Ethiopia.
No idea why you’re bringing Abiy and Tigray rebels, but I’m sure they’re doing ghastly things to each other.

Personally I think he wasn't in the best mental state after his car crash and to add salt to the wound right after these two events numerous Ethiopian backed jabhads sprung and started terrorists attack on goverment infrastructure
I personally think the car crash only exacerbated his mental state of decline, he was an odd guy well before that car crash as many people close to him have said.
