The infrastucture including Isxilqaan program was also rebuilt by locals volunteering and the people of the city who actually pay taxes to the government. Where do you think the money comes from?

Syrians and other non-Somalis should be placed in camps so they can get assistance from UN and whoever. They need to also be listed as "Asylum seekers" or "temporary residents".

This way they don't beg on the streets and they also pose less of a security threat. Today it's a miskeen family, a few years later, it can become a militia.

There is already a massive problem with Oromos and even Bantu terrorists who come in to join AlShaydan.

A British Ivory Coast Bantu was even caught fighting in Somalia.

It does not get all the international funding it distributes that throughout the country. That is clear in all government data released, not federal state even makes those claims. Hold your local govt accountable in Puntland put your energy towards stopping them stealing the money for all the road projects. Turks are great partners to Somalia as seen by not just the infrastructure but sending our kids to good schools for free and also treating our sick people many of them for free. The vast majority of development in the city is by private businessmen. Those are the facts.
