Afghanistan who had been at war with usa for 20 years, in just few years of peace they already have industrial capacity bigger than most African countries, taliban apply the shariah they don't have corruption there, you commit small crime and they will punish you steal little money and they will punish you. Imagine where they will be in 5 to 10 years.
