Im so.happy i wasnt born afghan. Ive only met one afghan family in middle school and they never wore hijab or anything. Now looking at their country its soo extreme. Looking bak idk how they think of their country today

This could’ve easily been us majority our women used to not wear hijab during kacaan times. Fast forward to the 2000s ICU came into power and was implementing laws similar to the taliban with some even more extreme restrictions like banning sport teams and no women outside without mahram. It’s crazy people actually think the Islamic courts was good for the country when they are diet al shabaab.
