to be honest, I was just shitposting because my sleep schedule has been messed up as of late and my mood has been shit plus i sprained my elbow and I hate when it snows.

It's been snowing a lot, the weather's miserable. I miss the summer as well, around where I live a bunch of fun stuff goes on then. Make sure to sleep well and take care of the elbow. When I had trouble sleeping because of my schedule I'd recommend L-Theanine. Also eating and your environment affect you as well, make sure your on top of that.
