I barely have information, but I am sure the police does. They found A LOT of information in the mountains; passports, the names of the people and companies they were extorting, bank records, you name it.

IDP and shisheeye communities in Puntland need to be monitored, there is too much of a culture clash. I am not surprised especially if we consider the fact that we are not even related to this group for example. Culture comes from shared deegaan or relation.

We descend from Sultanates and understand the importance of collectivism in upholding law and order. We cannot expect others who do not have the same xeer system to abide by our way of life.
