Check your testosterone level. If it's low and your doctor refuses to give you a script for it, you can self medicate with testosterone therapy. And if you live in the U.K, you don't have to worry about the law because steroids are legal there

Honestly I'm motivated to get a test done now.

Fucking doctors will prescribe test for a mentally ill woman who wants to become a man but will tell a 19 year old with a test level of 270 he's in the normal range

Eb1b1b is genetics, that haplogroup is known for having DHT sensitive hair follicles
Yes but you don't have to have high testosterone level to experience hair loss if you are predisposed to it. I began receding at the age of 21 when my testosterone level was only 415.

You don't have to have high test however any test conversion to DHT by 5-alpha reductase will trigger hair loss as your hair follicles are genetically sensitive to DHT and higher DHT (from higher test) means accelerated hair loss, don't question my shit bro I have a PhD in Suugo Science.:dabcasar:

short intense work outs apparently increase ur T levels by 20 fold.

@The Vampire Bat what happens if u stop injecting testosterone replacement? say u go live in a third world for couple years.
I heard once u start to inject urself, u can't stop since the therapy replace ur body's natural production of testosterone. That would be something I would consider in my 50s.

I can't stop TRT. It's for life. I'll have to take my medicine with me when I'm visiting back home

how often do you have to do it? Why did u start it initially? Was it for muscle production(gym)?
My natural testosterone level was below average and I wanted to improve my muscular growth. Plus I wanted to cycle steroids so that's why I went on TRT

Doesn't all this therapy scare you, one thing goes wrong with hormones and the effects are long lasting + high testosterone ruins cardiac health and accelerates ageing.
I cycle on and off when I'm running a blast. I do blood work every 6 months. My health is good.

How old are u right now, if u dont' mind me asking.
years ago when they did a complete blood count+lipids, and T levels, I think my T levels at that time were like 612.
I haven't checked since then.
