Other interesting possessions of the Prophet SAW:

The spear Anazah, which was held by The Prophet Muhammad SAW during Eid festivals and used as a sutrah during salah.

A staff called Al-Mashmuq used as a walking stick and passed onto the later caliphs.

After the fall of the Abbasids, the Ottomans gained the caliphate and the relics that came with it.

Extra care was delivered to preserve all the blades. Many Islamic relics were moved from The Arab World to the Ottoman Empire.

I will set upon more links if you are not satisfied sxb.
