But there is new player in Africa most of you did not notice Japan. The Japanesses are building military base in Djibouti plus their army is in South Sudan to stop the war. Japan started recently to compete with china in Africa. Better we build allies with them. Also they are pro west and we can spare America 's angry on us if we go to china and Russia.
