Eebow why dont yall advocate moving the damn capital if that's the case? All your elders and intellectuals should've come together years ago demanding the capital moved else where. You guys cant separate a capital city and a clan city like Bosaso for example. Why is that? Bosaso is not the capital city, why would non resident get position there? Its like me saying put a MJ as mayor for Warsheekh or Jowhar. The mayor/ Gov of Banadir is always Hawiye/Mudolood since the return of gov and so as most Gudomiye xaafads. If there are any non Hawiyes & reer Banadiris serving in local gov, they should be removed asap. But what i dont get is, you guys argue as if the federal 4.5 positions belong to yall. Where the hell else would these politicians do thier jobs other than the Capital city? The better arguement would have been hosting the federal gov brings insecurities to our town/people and would prefer it moved. That would make sense.
