Poor guy, they're making all of these accusations while they don't take him to court and they don't let him clear his name. American justice system is one that is weird. A man's life and reputation can be destroyed with simple accusations without any proofs or convictions.
He came back to US to clear his name, but the US immigration authority deported him back to Canada without being charged by Minnesota district attorney office. So the truth is, the Minnesota police doesn't have any presentable proof to take him to court. The media just smeared the poor guy.
