Some people needs to understand that Sanaag region has been under so called disputed region (Somaliland and Puntland) for the past 30 years even though Sanaag region has been one of the most peaceful regions in Somalia . Bieng disputed meant NGOs were not allowed to operate and fundings were heading elsewhere. Through Maakhiri self sufficient and diaspora we have come through. In order our regions to develop and our people to get the basic services and finally put to end those kebabis hiden in caves in our mountains I'm hoping Maakhiris establish our own state which will guarantee the safety and progress of its citizens.

You can tell by the way they think. Puntland is focused on becoming a real state, not just a collection of qabil militias. This group, on the other hand, has a tendency to act like extreme horgals. One of the first signs is that they somehow always have to mention their hatred for Somaliland and their support for SSC or Maakhir, no matter what the topic is. Meanwhile, other Puntlanders couldn't care less about Somaliland; they're busy focusing on state building.
