You're wrong. Gulf countries reserve citizenship for their people only. All the foreigners have visas/work permits. Somali leaders as bad as they are know very well that our identity/citizenship is based on dhiig. Best believe there would be a revolt if any gov't allows hordes of foreigners to come in.
