Using religion? Who is here defending the child rapist? All I am saying is accusing the family and community like the imam without full knowledge of what is going on is not helping anything. Extend that mercy to those who are actually dealing with the aftermath and stop pretending you care more about them then their family and friends left behind and their wishes.

Do you even know what's going on? Hanad AUN had a traumatic experience, his father died, his mother was killed by the evil scumbag step father, his sister was molested by the step father, Hanad hasn't been the same since his mother was tragically killed. He had mental illness and the family and the Somali community in Missouri turned their back on him. You cant possibly blame him for the actions that occurred.

I also don't even know the family at all, let alone being related to them. More assumptions about peoples intentions. That is the only issue I was raising.
I also have no idea about the aunt helping the child rapist escape, that is shocking if true. Again no way of me verifying or knowing anything so like I advised I leave it to Allah or withhold judgement until there is clear evidence.

He’s sound like typical Somali sheikh. Knows nothing about trauma or mental illness. I’m shocked to hear that their little brother was with them. May Allah protect him and protect him from trauma and keep him safe. And I’m also shocked to hear that the older brother mentioned wanting to shoot people and yet no one contact the authorities. The Somali community is highly dysfunctional. May Allah rest all their souls in peace and in Jannah. And may Allah burn the monster that started this chain reaction 15 yrs ago in worst level of hell for eternity. This is one of the saddest most tragic stories in Somali community in diaspora. May Allah give strength to their aunt, their sister and the little boy and the rest Ameen!
