Yeah most of the somali families I've seen in my life are insular. They want to pass the dhaqan and deen down to their children. Even the millennial generation and early gen z I've seen are only married to Somalis. We grew up with a strong and well connected Somali community so it makes sense. Plus all these other communities are insular and marry their own too.

Not in Canada. I seen more white, Arabs, & Jamaicans/Caribbean. Jamaican/Caribbean mixes solely have Somali mothers
