This is the problem we have ironically you are contributing to the problem with good intentions. The mechanism in which we chose our leaders should be based on merit not what qabil they are. Give all other clans equal opportunity but don't expect us to give handouts just because they are minority clans.

I am not anti females or anything but truth is females are not fit enough to lead a country. They could be ministers or other positions but NO FEMALE PRESIDENT .

I want to see a Puntland where 70% of the lawyers are women and 60% of the MPs are women.
Cumar, Cismaan and Ciise have combined 12 seats of the 73 seats. Plus those three don't vote as a block as they're all competing each other. It just boils down to skill and good campaign (i.e. money).

If that was the case then the Leelkase, Dashiishe and Ali Salebaan would have won. They have the most millionaires in Puntland.
Leelkase for example are one of the few clans that is building their roads without Gov assistance.
They have millionaires but no politicians. Money alone won't cut it.
