If that was the case then the Leelkase, Dashiishe and Ali Salebaan would have won. They have the most millionaires in Puntland.


Leelkase for example are one of the few clans that is building their roads without Gov assistance.

Once Ali Salebaan and Leelkase get the Presidency, it will cement Puntlandimo completely and move us past Qabil and usher in the era of meritocracy in Puntland.

Puntland is waiting for that symbolic moment to have non MS Presidents to shift us into meritocracy.

Puntland is 10 years away from having a culture of meritocracy. Once that happens we will absorb the smartest people from every Gobol and convert them to Puntites.
