How's that any of the SFG problem? If they don't have enough seats, it means other hawiye subclans are overrepresented. They should take it to their fellow hawiyes and arrange a fair power sharing framework. Hawiyes have 60 seats, if it's unequal distributed, it means their cousins are dominating the hawiye quota.

Instead of going to their fellow hawiyes, they go straight to the government because that's the easy way, the Somali way.
