Eggs use to be super a super cheap food. It’s packed with protein and other amazing micronutrients that can boost testosterone.

It's because of bird flu, it spreads super fast and once a poultry farm has it their supposed to cull all their chickens and eggs. Humans can carry it (but wont have symptoms) same for other mammals and spread it that way.

Did you move to the states? It's around $3 or $3.50 CDN for a dozen. Americans have destroyed the family farm which is why bird flu has ravaged their supply.
