The Qoti horde and Remigration

As someone who has analysed the situation in Somalia especially waqooyi or " Somaliland" for a couple years I can say the Qoti threat is somewhat true but also overblown they are mostly in the capital city of the region I didn't see much of them in the other parts of the country. Still though I did notice many of them illegally crossing the country when I travelled around last year. They are probably the majority of migrants in the region and most seem like they will stay permanently so how do we facilitate remigration when they eventually become too many maybe we should put them into milk trucks and send them back to Ethiopia?

Our citizens and businessmen should not employ them not even as a maid. And if they get caught committing crime like a petty theft they should be fingerprinted and sent back to the border.

Absolutely easy solution to this, just get somalis into the work that they do. People are going to stop coming when there is a real shortage of work, because no way is somalia a better place to live than ethiopia.
