Theres the problem, there it is you explained it. Their status of being the first state of somalia or what not they think they have level powers with the national government. And most of it comes from that arguement of being the first state after the fall of siad, mind you that would have happened without the rebel groups that caused the chaos to begin with. Which were foreign funded. Let me tell you something, this idea of qabil states and 4.5 was specifically designed to hold us back.
Also im not just ANTI Puntland, Im anti every state in somalia, im anti jubaland, anti somaliland, anti everything. Im also Against the people in charge, its a all designed to be incompetent.

There are many realistic things dismissed as a pipe dream from folks like you, maybe because it disrupts this toxic status quo thats going on.
