This makes no sense when was SNM in Mogadishu they was too busy fighting SNA in the North.SSDF didn’t bring anything western down that wasn’t their purpose .

It's not the fault of the people there. There should have never been a union with Somaliiland which had a different culture. Somaliland clans could unite and even bring down the government. That would have never happened in the south, the government would survive to this day and everyone would have been poor but the state would have never fallen.

People were still fighting and being killed there were numerous different militias in the south with different goals.I already said that the ICU formed but it fell in 2006 when the Ethiopians came and brutalised everyone.
