Thats due to diet. Soft foods =soft jaw. Hard chewy foods = strong jawline. No one is born chiselled. Unless the person has a deformity it can be improved. Type jawline exercises on youtube and go it a go.

It is weird how beard hair goes grey by mid-30s, but head hair goes grey only by early 50s.

Not all Somali men have weak jawlines and these problems are actually common in all ethnicities. As @Halimo Supremist pointed out eating soft food can cause a weaker jawline and to strengthen the jaw, you have to exercise by chewing gum regularly.
