It can't be genetics bro. I've never had trouble gaining weight. I've always been able to eat as much as I wanted. I was even fat for awhile as a kid.

As long as you eat above your calorie maintenance threshold you should be able to gain weight consistently. I've seen way to many niggas online that look like twigs. I'm honestly starting to believe most of these niggas back home are struggling to even eat a full meal a day.
