Just take a look at India at the peek of 1 billion

Hence India is also known to export Expatriates worldwide ,
Their diaspora are more than 20 million and if you ask if they'd ever return the answer you get is no

We should be ok. Somalia 60 mill, and Greater Somalia should add another 40. 100 mill should be decent enough
