I'm actually not sure. But if you're worried that the sharia would subject you (if you've committed that sin) to capital punishment, please don't have that worry. Lesbians are not treated the same way as male homosexuals when it comes to the sharia. Islamic schools aren’t banned in France. Are you on about secularisation of public schools? This applies to all religions and isn’t necessarily targeted towards Muslims. Separation of Church and State is a big part of French culture. It’s not fair to call assimilation “indoctrination”.

We're not talking about capital punishment here we're talking about if it's a choice or something you're born with which science and common sense proved it wrong since they can't reproduce it's not an inheritable trait. It being a capital punishment is a threat that is acted upon when enough evidence is presented which is not an easy job. Several reasons, such as contention with determinism, why are people who are born Muslims given such a massive boost in their chances of going to heaven, why did the sikh draw the short end of the stick etc..
