A cook or Chef is a proud person who will only prepare a healthy quality food using: fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh meat and fish. Besides a cook demands salary every month. Donald Trump is known to be a cheap businessman he is not willing to pay extra, so I don't think he ever had a Cook in his entire adult life he rather fire someone in order to save a buck.
