No, he has a point. Emiratis are deeply in the minority in their own country. If they were racists they would not have let South Asians (Indians etc.) become the majority in their country.
Moreover, a lot of Gulf Arabs are admixed with the Swahili coast origin slaves they have held in the past. Khaleejis are far from pure blood, they have barely anything to be racist about.

I was treated with respect in UAE never encountered racism a single time but I didnt live there so I wouldnt really know. Its filled with indians and somalis and the arabs there were actually really nice but from the videos ive seen from the gulf how african maids get treated so horribly is disgusting. @Shimbiris you life in UAE though, have you been discriminated?

The simple fact that your salary is tied to your race there is enough evidence. But yeah go ahead and deny that racism exists there. And what does Somalis trading in Dubai have to do with this guy “lying” that he faced racism there?? The whole point of racism is keeping other races out. Allowing other 'races' (Desis) to become the majority in your country then they failed miserably at racism.
If Khaleejis were really methodically racist, they would source their laborers from the Levant or something (their Semitic cousins). Not from India, Bangladesh, Philippines etc (totally different ethnicities).
You can't take racism seriously from semi-mixed race people. If a Scandinavian or a Han Chinese is racist, it feels more legit than when a mixed race Latino or a brown Gulf Arab is.
