I fear that as a result of these events, this could embolden al-Shabaab fighters in Somalia to increase their attacks in order to gain accesss to Mogadishu.

What paticularly annoys me is that the Muslims would encourage them, due to their ignorance of al-Shabaab.

Honestly al shabaab taking over the whole south would even be better than the current route Somalia is heading to. Although i dont support any Al shabaab ideologies.
