Both women need to have their separate accommodations. You need to pay two sets of rent, bills, ect.
You can call such man whatever you want, but because of the cost of living, where I am from such a man would be seen as wealthy as many young couples are struggling with ONE accommodation and they are even splitting the cost with the help of the wife.
Call it whatever you want.
It was do you need to be rich. The sharia says you need to be able to provide. It doesn't say you need to be rich.
