Those towns he is trying to invest in, isn't strategical investments and cannot be proven strategically. Galkayo will always be the center of Somalia and where the population of the central regions are. They should ask him why his bothering investing in an area like jowhar, what will the return on investment be in comparison to galkacyo and how the benefit will touch all somali-wayn from burco to too ddsi to central areas.
