Its a harrowing experience, imagine busting your ass in your youth to set yourself up for old age and some Xalimo manages to go years without rent and you have to take the burden of making those repayments at an age where time is invaluable.

Ontario needs to be doing something with the price of renting. High rent low job wage can't lie to you Ontario's going downhill. And it will continue to go downhill. Youth unemployment rate keeps increasing each year. Many students are having difficulty getting jobs or even fast food jobs. Now its who you know or straight up luck. I really feel bad for Gen Alpha and the younger kids theres nothing for them. And I feel bad for Gen Z as they have been cheated.

I don't get the folks down voting you. Some Sikh uncle is not the capitalist boogeyman. If he's directly partaking in this case and the interviews it's obvious he's not some wealthy big-time landlord but probably just some oday with a few properties at best who worked for a good chunk of his life to be able to afford them.

These are not the people to go after. I'd like to see her try this with a big corp. They'd have buried her in legal fees and had that door broken down, law or no law, way earlier.
