Thoughts on homeschooling?

Don't have kids but I'm just preparing my head cannon if I do have them inshallah.

I can't help but notice how inefficient public schools are. I feel like there's so much context missing in classes that textbooks cover. Having a true guided 1 to 1 with textbooks seems to be the better.

So what's the alternative, I'm thinking homeschooling or private school but I've got no grasp of either. Issue with homeschooling is ill probably be busy so I need me an educated lass that can potentially fill the gap.

Share your experiences or thoughts if you have any. Main comparison I'm looking for is Private school vs homeschooling.

Nvm I think Private school and homework + textbooks focus after school is the way.

My uncle who is polygamist years back had a kid dropped him off at my mom house in Nairobi the boy was like 8 years old couldn’t read , write , and spoke English like a Russian yet his father had told me the kid who did nothing but watch Cartoon Network had been “homeschooled ”😂

He worked a minimum wage job in America yet had a bunch of wives in San Diego , Canada , and Sweden , apparently his 4th wife the mom of kid he dropped of was looking for him she knocked on our door two days after my Uncle picked the kid up and sent him overseas somewhere

That's on the uncle being naive. If you're an active parent in the child's life you can't be bulshiddit into not knowing what the kid is studying, who's teaching them etc. I can spot fraud from a mile away.

What country do you plan on having kids in? That plays a big part.
No clue ngl. The world seems to be moving away from peace and stability. I believe education is education and the curriculum is what matters most. So regardless of where we end up, I'll know wag1.

Home schooling is inferior most of the time unless you have parents or hired tutors who put in the time. Also home schooling is cutting off your kid from making friends.

Some school systems make it harder than others. I hear getting into university as a homeschooled child in america is harder, but in the UK I've found it is the same either way.

I think schooling is better. I went to a really bad school but the experience of going to school benefitted greatly in terms of friendship and experiences. Education cam be supplemented with tuition and picking good schools.
