Trump can’t get rid of no fault divorce without an act of congress and trust me the lawyers in family court make a killing it would be a middle finger to a multi billion dollar industry

The Supreme Court like what they did with abortion it would say the states can decide if they want to keep it or not the federal government outright banning it might be unconstitutional

It has nothing to do with slavery at all. Before the 1960 or civil rights era madows where the most married group of people in America and they stay married and divorced was extremely low in there community also. They even had shame if there was a child born out of wedlock and if that happened the married both of those individuals together. It's when the civil rights happened and madows family got social service like food stamps and low income housing. The social service forced madows males out the home of the family was in a low income housing and if they found them or had found a mans clothing or shoes in the house they would remove the mother and child out the house. Low income housing check up was only done to the madows community and not the whites and this is in the 1960 and forward. Black American gained civil rights but lost fathers rights. So this was the creation on the baby Mom and the large devidion of the blacks and lowest marriage rate now. And now it also affects the cadaan also with the baby Mom drama due to cadaan women liking the forced up on independence of the madows women and this created femininism for her. It’s not. They just hate women. I mean just look at the people in our lives or your friends in school it’s always the Hooyos that are burdened. The Aabo just abandons them and she’s tasked with holding the fort down.

I was wondering too. Most of the time, men don't even show up in court to get custody and just let the kids be with the mum. Unless men step up to challenge unfair custodial laws, I don't see what targeting divorce laws is going to do other than create more poor single mothers.
