They need to do a complete shutdown in Mogadishu, put up checkpoints in every direction leading into Mogadishu, go inside every little house without warning and check out for any weapons or ied making devices, set up a curfew, anyone who gets caught leaving or sneaking into Mogadishu needs to be treated as AS member.

This is what Israel did to stop these explosions and it worked overnight 100%. Then slowly do this in every region in Somalia, I promise you there will be a huge success.
