Never badly but also I think its cos I clearly look like a western diaspora most of the time.

It depends tbh if I go somewhere like Europe or America they’ll see me as a Somali and treat me like an immigrant even though I have no intentions of staying there.

Third world countries are different they hear my accent and see the way I dress they usually assume I’m an American 9/10 and treat me with respect cause these countries look up to westerners like they’re kings. I like to play into it I never tell people I’m Somali on vacation I always say I’m Canadian or even American and that’s it cause it’s where I grew up and tbh Canada has a much better reputation then Somalia.

I was in 5 countries, all in EU, 2 Scandi, 1 baltic, 1 east europe and the other one was Italy. My take is don't go to Eastern Europe shit place ugly place.

Indians well at least in the uk are always super friendly, especially the fobs. I guess it depends on location. I feel far more comfortable in working with them than maadows, cadaans over here in London.
