Bro, i couldn't agree more with this comment. I've had the worse of headaches while dating this woman. I mean the worst of the worst.
Endless arguments, many times over silly things. She gets defensive, and would sometimes hang up on me if she hears a womens voice in my apartment. But she's also compassionate and discerning. Love makes you do crazy things, i would have never dealt with another women if this was the case. But I'm patient with this one, half of her actions I would have never tolerated in the past.
But its hard to find a women who loves you for you nowadays, and thats the only emotion that keeps me around.
We get heated, we might not speak for a week sometimes. But i don't see myself laying down with another women 5 years from now.
Every relationship has its issues, patience is key to happiness. Even better when its mutual

Darood subclans should be United into a single ideology like Isaaq subclans are United into 'somaliland'. Then Darood's should be tasked with being the bureaucrats/middle managers etc.. That keep the entire nation glued together politically through the daily endeavours.

Isaaq should be tasked with all national security affairs. The national military should be firmly in the hands of Isaaq with hargeisa as the head quarters. The only reason Isaaq deserves this is because they've demonstrated their ability to maintain focused on their goals, maintain United politically/ideologically, maintain stable and prosperous. I firmly support the idea of the generals all being Isaaq in a United federal Somalia. 25 years of peace/political stability and prosperity is a good record if you ask me this speaks for itslefs and would make a good case on behalf of somaliland in a negotiation on federalisation.

Then I propose that the president Vice President positions should be fully democratic but surgically put together with one candidate coming from each federal state (southwest state,banadir,jubaland,Puntland,/somaliland,galmudug,hiiran) the public should be left to vote between each of these candidates which originate from a federal state and are running for presidential office, then I propose that the presidential candidates choose between themself for running mates so that if a candidate from Puntland won the presidential elections then he could chose as his fellow competitor for presidential office but was representing somaliland to be his Vice President.

Then I propose there should be a house of elders or upper chambers if you like. The house of elders should be for each clans sultan/boqor/aqil/garaad etc...
This will create a social fabric that is untearable regardless of what the political storms the nation faces may be.

I think this is one of the safest ways to broker power.

There are many things i agreed with. But i personally suggest the national security should be in the hands of the Mareehan.
We've proven that that we can govern a nation both militarily and economically speaking.
We ran a nation that was fiercely commanded We did this for 25 years; before gorilla groups started taking arms.
I agree that presidential candidates should hail from different states within Somalia. Northern/Southern/Central. Each candidate should be chosen and elected based on his/her character and luminary rather than being selected because of the clan component.
As for Isaaq, i believe they're capable of maintaining the economic aspect of Somalia. The Isaaq should preserve the wealth of the nation, this of course would mean most of the the banks and the financial industry of the nation would be concentrated in Hargeisa, all these industries will have their headquarters stationed in Somaliland, and most of their elites will be Isaaq.
Again, I agree with most of what you said. But of course there are minor disagreements

Siyad Barre like many leaders had many flaws. There are countless things i would've done differently. In fact, i wouldn't have attacked Ethiopia. Rather i would have armed the Ogaden, the Oromos and other Cushites to teeth to oppose the Addis Ababa government.
Oromia would perhaps been the South Sudan of the Horn of Africa. Division is key to winning success. This is exactly what the Ethiopians are doing today in Somalia. Allying with Somaliland is the perfect political move for the Ethiopians. Don't be deceived.

Thats new news to me. I heard the Chinese wanted in, I didn;t think they were actually accepted.
