Not even close. Only 5,000 new Somalis enter the USA every year, while about 245,000 Muslims enter from other countries every year.

I don't think terrorists from the Somali community are refugees, I sincerely doubt that. The terrorists are almost always 99 % of the time home grown, who were born and have always lived in the United States or other Western countries.
