America took all the good land in North America Canada and Mexico don’t have much arable land and thus have to rely on the U.S for imports so they can feed there population

Iowa is the biggest producer of corn in the world trump using trade leverage to stop the flow of fentanyl into America

Most folks don’t really care unless there grocery prices become sky high and MAGA niggas follow trump blindly he can do no wrong

America relies on Mexico for imports when it comes to machinery and cars however when it comes to food and energy America is self sufficient so the negative reactions won’t hurt the republicans much in the midterms and GDP will keep growing as America is not reliant on trade as much as other nations

@Yami this will mainly affect Germany the #1 market for German cars is America (340million ) exporting will be a lot more expensive they already have a failing economic engine this will add more to there issues

Trumps tarrifs will likely cause Canada to go into recession as there currency will continue to weaken and will devastate the developing Mexican economy imagine 30 years of development just reversed

@Yami if you looking for a good economic future I suggest you leave the country Canada regardless of what trump does is projected to be the worst performing major economy for the next 30 years and Canadian gdp per capita is 30, 00 less than the southern neighbor while home prices are 2X as high guess that’s what happens when you import a million Indians each year

I found it extremely amusing when I recently found out that Canada will be minority white by 2030 while there neighbor won’t reach that status until 2045-2050 and has the second most arable land in the world guess that 7% percent immigration cap was for the best

I was fortunate enough that the career I chose pays the most in my area of the country so I'll likely save up and move to the US in a decade or so.
