Ethiopia is Turkey's biggest trading partner in Africa , Somalia was more of a tutorial mission for Erdogan's gate to Africa. Turkey business dealings with Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania reach billions of figures , what's a few millions a year for Somalia mean to Turkey. They don't consider Somalia an equal and it shows.
